Micro
A synthetic knit fabric with pile on one or both sides and has many of the same features as Softa (see Softa definition). The difference being is that micro is comprised of microfilament fibers which are finer even than silk. Thus, a micro fabric will result in a finer fabric that is lightest in weight, and with the most superior softness. The main benefits of this fabric is it doesn’t readily absorb oils, waxes & other lotions that can stain the fabric or even worse turn rancid & start to smell, it doesn’t fade pill or pull & is extremely quick to dry so does not require tumble drying & is extremely durable. It is soft & warm without being too hot.

Softa
A synthetic knit fabric with a pile on one or both sides typically made from either filament or spun polyester fibers. The fabric is knitted with tiny loops on one or both sides. The looped fabric then goes through a napping process, which cuts the loops into strands. The fabric is then sent through a combing process where the strands are groomed to stand upright. Next, the fabric goes through a shearing process where the strands are cut uniformly to create the pile. The last treatment using heat to assure the fabric is anti-pilling. This is to protect the fabric from pilling or allowing tiny balls of fabric to form on the surface. The main benefits of this fabric is it doesn’t readily absorb oils, waxes & other lotions that can stain the fabric or even worse turn rancid & start to smell, it doesn’t fade pill or pull & is extremely quick to dry so does not require tumble drying & is extremely durable. It is soft & warm without being too hot.

Drill
A durable fabric of medium weight. Comes in 100% cotton or 35% cotton 65% polyester. Available in 12 colours.

Poplin
35% Cotton 65% Polyester. Available in over 30 colours.

Waffle Cloth
100% cotton complies with Oeko-Tex 100 standards. White only.

Towelling
100% Cotton, available in various weights and over 15 colours.

Velour Towelling
100% Cotton. Available in white only
